SPIRKA 16-B.Modern Braiding Line 150 RPM , Model DF16 A (Ref : MC1WUL)

SPIRKA 16-carrier vertical braiding line with inline taping. Line is typically designed for braiding copper or textile material around central element with diameter ranging 2 to 14.5 mm. It can run max 150 rpm with lay-length ranging from 3 to 90 mm. Line is from year 2000, 100% complete with soundproof cabinet, take-up, pay-off, taper and electrical cabinet. While originally designed from bottom to top, direction was changed to opposite when insering taping process inline with braiding and therefore improving taping process/quality. Reverse to original direction is however possible easily. It is available from a company with excellent maintenance program. Production is actually shifting to 24 carriers braiders, reason of the availability. It is in perfect condition.
