Taping installation made by Weber & Scher to apply longitudinally smooth metal tapes onto cable up to 76,7 mm OD. Metal tapes thickness : up to 0.25 mm Tape width : up to 10". It has dual tape pay-off 36', metal tape splicer, polymer splicer, accumulator and forming station. Was made new 2012 and never installed (for political reason). Fully documented.
