Portal pay-off made by STOLBERGER and able to take drum up to 2800 mm dia. Pintle type, with opening/closing of pintles electrical as well as drum lifting. Equipped with electro-magnetic disk brake, tension adjustment by pot. The whole unit is mounted on wheels and can be moved on rails (motorized). This allows to move the drums left/right and eventually load/unload offside.
