Non-slip drawing machine which has been used so far for drawing 8,0 mm copper wire down to 1,80....3,5 mm. Hard copper wire today, with winding on 630 mm dynamic spooler. Can also be use for aluminium rod drawing process. The machine has 10 separate capstans 450 mm, located on 10 shafts and driven by 10 separate AC motors 37 KW/1500 RPM Machine is equipped with spooler 630 mm andwith dancer located on drawing machine exit. Electrical panel should be made new, using latest technology. We deliver existing electrical panels & also drawings, but there was a problem with control system which has not been fixed. So, we give panels/documents to be used as guidelines for making new panel, using latest AC drive technology.
