Double bobbin pay-off made by NIEHOFF to unwind multiwires into bunching line. the 2 bobbins are hold on shaft and are driven by 2 x AC motor. The bobbin size is 630 mm, with 127 mm bore (standard) Weight : 600 kg Wire tension is controlled by pneumatic dancer. The dancer has wide roller to allow multiwire unwinding. The dancer position is controlled by motor, thus making it constant. Machine is with built-in electrical panel. Warning : the 2 LENZE drives inside electrical panel have been taken out and are missing.
