KUKAMA Driven Tape Pay-off for Bobbins or Pads 500 mm, Model VSB055 (Ref : MV8GBZ)

Longitudinal tape applicator used for applying non-metal tape into cabling or extrusion process. The unit can accomodate both traversed cops up to 500 x 400 mm or pads. The cop/pad is driven by AC motor, electronically controlled by Control Technique AC drive. The tape tension is preset by potentiometer and kept constant by pneumatically loaded oscillating dancer. The unit is also equipped with a load cell located on exit roller. The unit is mounted on castor wheels for easy relocaction into the factory. Machine is with missing shaft.
