NEXTROM Extrucell Film-Foam-Skin Tandem Line (Physical Foaming) (Ref : F2FPSL)
Fully equipped Film-Foam-Skin line made by NEXTROM (Extrucell technology) for high speed wire insulation used in HF cables.
The line is tandemized with SAMP intermediate drawing, annealing & preheating
It is a 17 dies machine, 26% wire elongation.
With built-in dancer for synchronisation of drawing with extrusion.
Wire T° entering X-head can be controlled by SAMP built-in preheater.
Non contact sensor and BETA AUTAC controller available for setting up T° from 80 to 150 °C, with 1.5°C tolerance
Wire diameter entering drawing machine : max. 3.0 mm (250 N/mm²)
Wire diameter to be insulated: 0.32....1.40 mm
Standalone machine with REZY filter and emulsion system.
Extruders are 2 x 30/24 D (V) and 1 x 60/30 D horizontal (EXTRUCELL) for solid or physical foam ( 2 screws)
Gaz injection is NOVASWISS 1000 bars for physical foam effect.
Spooler is EKP50, for 500 mm plastic spools, but running now on 450 mm spools.
Full automatic, with in/out on same side.
Quality control is SIKORA (capacitance, diameter, concentricity & spart tester).
First section of cooling trough is motorized and equipped with hot water system.
Line is geared 2500 m/min.
Practical speed : 1800 m/min in solid PE and 1600 m/min in FFS (physical foam)
NEXTROM equipment is dated year 2000, original, with SOMOS interface and SAMP is 1996, added later (from another factory).
Line is Left to Right operated & about 40 m long.
In perfect working order and readily available.
