Double twist machine suitable for stranding conductors or make cables up with insulated wires. - Max. copper section flexible : 70 mm² - Max. copper section 1+6 : 54 mm² - Max. copper section compacted : 35 mm² - Max. cable diameter (insulated wires) : 27 mm Wires from 0.20.... 3.15 mm (32/9 AWG) Machine can take DIN 1250 mm drums. Speed up to 1800 twist/min (900 RPM max). Single bow design. Pulling is with double wheel capstan 460 mm, with lay-length set by change gears. Machine has 3 motors: - One DC motor for bow (59 kW) - One for traversing (600 W AXEM motor) - One for winding (spool drive : 7 HP), with winding force controlled by potentiomert on operator panel. Machine is complete, in working condition and ready to run again.
