ROYLE 6'' Rubber Filling Extruder (for Bedding & Sheathing Line), Model 4A (Ref : C1PNZY)

Heavy duty extruder with 6'' screw diameter designed for filling cables (bedding) before final sheathing. The machine was used with rubber in pellets and is thermoregulated. Length from feeding to end of barrel is 2.200 mm meaning L/D is >14. It has a X-head suitable for cable up to 80 mm. Machine is mechanically complete, with motor, Xhead, hopper loader, thermoregulators. The control panal & electronic drive for motor were inside central cabinet and therefore not available. The machine was rebuilt & moderinized in 2010.
