SWISSCAB 250 mm Rewinding Line for Fibre or Sensitive Small Products (Ref : ZPTR5S)

Rewinding line with driven pay-off 250 mm and winding spooler 250 mm. Product is pulled by small capstan 95 mm, driven by servo-drive. Pay-off is driven and fibre tension control by multipulley, low friction, dancer, for low tension on product Bobbin on pay-off is taken on shaft, and shaft is driven by servomotor. Take-up is same design : on shaft, driven by servomotor, with dancer control winding and with traversing system UHING Machine has its own electrical cabinet, pre-wired, on the machine itself. Line just needs to be connected to power supply, by single plug. The line has been used for rewinding synthetic fibre and make some test in between. (see microscope on photos too).
