Dual cone pay-off suitable for 1250 mm spools. This type of pay-off is ideal for unwinding bare wire in high speed insulation line. Thanks to the two cones, line can run continuously with no stop when bobbin change. Cones are new and were never used. Two bobbin holders with whisker discs are available.
