KUKAMA Modern Respooling Line for Wooden Drums 500/1250 mm (Ref : XZBH9X)

This line has been used in retailing cable plant for rewinding, measuring and cutting finished cables up to 35 mm onto smaller wooden drums, ready for delivery. The pay-off can take bobbins from 630 to 1600 mm and is driven with pneumatic dancer tension control. The take-ups can range from 500 to 1250 mm DIN, and are self-traversing for perfect winding effect. Both pay-off and take-ups are driven type, with possibility to run high speed (160 RPM) via gear boxes. The line is equipped with 2 take-ups, sfor higher productivity (one bobbin running still when other under replacement). Each component is in top mechanical and electrical condition. The line has been installed in a retailing company taking drums up to 1600 mm and respooling them to finished lengths on 500 to 1250 mm. The cable group who had this operation restructured operation and stopped this retailing place, thus making line available. Line was produced in 1998 and is in excellent working condition as you could see on photos and video. PS : the cable counter has been kept out as useful for a line that had in another plant.
