ROYLE 90 mm 10 D Rubber Extruder, Strip Feeding, Typ 2 (Ref : UMYU5Y)

Extruder made by John Royle, for rubber extrusion. Can also be used for silicone rubber. Machine is 90 mm screw, equipped with strip feeding and Tool Temp T° regulators for barrel & screw control. Unit is delivered with X-head, and lots of toolings. Machine was used earlier in rubber insulation line, in Holland, with 1600 mm P/O and T/U plus pulling caterpillar. It is mechanically complete, with DC motor, but without electrical panel however (was part of the whole line).
