NOKIA MAILLEFER 2 x 1600 mm Take-ups with 120 m Horizontal Accumulator, Model IB 16 (Ref : MN5WWA)

Winding station suitable for taking-up insulated cable on drums up to DIN 1600 mm diameter, coming from insulation or sheathing line. Unit is composed of 2 x spooler model IB-16 from NOKIA MAILLEFER, connected together with common traversing. It was working with an horizontal accumulator 120 m with 800 mm pulleys (offered separately) It was used in SZ/bedding/sheathing line and was manufactured in 1998. Can run up to 500 m/min (spooler equipped with speed gear box for 49-98-200-398 RPM on pintles. Machines are in very good condition.
