High speed & fast loading complete rigid stranding line for making 61 or 91 wires conductors, alu & copper. Line with fast beam loading system, top loading by beams. DIN 630 design with 475 mm wide spools & 127 mm bore. Suitable for 1,10......4,30 mm wire. Equipped with roller compaction & prespiralling head after each cage (2 or 3 pairs) Pay-off and take-up are 2800 mm / 10 Tons capacity, portal. Each cage with own DC motor, same for prespiralling heads and capstan. Cage 18 & 24 are able to run in tandem. Pulling capstan double wheel, 2500 mm, 10 T pulling force. Delivered with one set of DIN 630 spools. Also with preforming heads on 12-18-24 for AAAC & ACSR conductors. About 55 m long
