MECCANICHE BIELLESI Complete Silicone Insulation Line (Ref : PMY5TP)

Complete extrusion for rubber silicone line, used earlier for insulating conductor 0.5 - 4 mm² with diameter over insulation up to 5 mm. Line is running speed 200 m/min. Vulcanisation is made on molten salt technology. Take-up is double for bobbins 800 mm. Pay-offs is also dual, cone type, for DIN 630 spools allowing therefore line to run continuously with no stop at bobbin change. A second pay-off for bigger product is also available. It is suitable for bobbins diameter 1000 mm. Equipment is dated 1999. It is still installed and working. Line will be available for spring time 2020.
