Complete Skaltek line designed typically for coiling/packing multi cores building wires into cardboard boxes. Coiler R2 measures wire lengths, tests wire quality and coils, cuts and packs the cable in cartons completely automatically The machine is designed for coiling all wire and cable types, plastic or rubber coated, up to 15 mm diameter Capacity is 3 coils of 100 m per min or 5 coils of 50 m. Coils are typically : - OD : 300 or 400 mm - ID : 160 or 260 mm interchangeable - Width : 70 to 170 mm Line is with accumulator and automatic coiler. It runs continously, with no stop. The pay-off is not included in delivery. Cable coils are put in carboard boxes. These boxes are prepared automatically, fed into machine, and stacked on pallets at exit.
