NIEHOFF Modern Buncher 630 mm , Model D631 - YEAR 2002/2003 (Ref : JU8AZM)

Set of 4 x high speed double twist machines DIN 630 mm, model D630.A1, manufactured by NIEHOFF in 2002-2003 for production of copper bunches from 0,15 mm² to 4 mm² (wires 0,05 to 0,85 mm) or flexible bunches up to 6 mm² (wires < 0.30 mm). Twisting speed can be adjusted from 500 to 6500 tw/min with lay-length from 6 to 100 mm. Machine is equipped with pulling capstan, driven by AC motor, allowing to set the lay-length from operator panel directly (no change gears). Wires can be copper bare, tinned or silver coated.
