KUKAMA Single Twist Cabling Line 1250 mm (Ref : YJQP4F)

Complete line designed for cabling insulated cables onto 800, 1000 or 1250 mm bobbins. The line has 6 flyer pay-off 500 mm, longitudinal taper 400 mm, concentric taping head 400 mm and single twist machine 1250 mm, with rotating capstan/dancer. The cable is pulled by rotating capstan 500 mm, equipped with rotating pneumatic dancer (3+3/500 mm also). The pulling force is made by external moto-reducer. The rotation of capstan is same as the rotating bow, by line shaft connection and one common DC motor. The winding bobbin is driven by DC motor, located outside the rotating bow. The traversing is also electrically controlled and remotely adjustable, when machine runs.
