Extrusion set made by EXTRUDEX (Germany) designed for extrusion of fluor based products (FEP, ETFE,PFA, EVA....) OR of thermoplastic ( PVC/TPE/TPU/PE...) The extrusion set is composed of : - 1 x Fluor Extruder 50 mm 25 D, for FEP, ETFE, PFA.... Output capacity 55 kg/hr 27 kW drive, 0-150 RPM, 4 zones 13.2 kW - 1 x Thermoplastic Extruder 50 mm 25 D for PVC, TPE, TPU, PE... Output capacity : 180 kg/hr 50 kW drive, 0-230 RPM, 3 zones 17.6 kW - 1 x Thermoplastic vertical piggyback Extruder 30 mm 25 D, for PVC,PE,TPU,PE... 11,6 kW drive, 0-150 RPM The 2 x 50 mm extruders can be 190° swivelled for working alternatively in same line (Thermoplastic or fluor material) Extruders 50 mm are dated 2007 and piggyback extruder 2001. Delivery includes also : - Chiller for water cooling of the water used in motors (direct drives) - Dosing system (one central point) which can be used for each work. Panel for the line is also available with LENZE & EUROTHERM drives and PLC S7. Extrusion crossheads are not included. This was used in Germany and has been taken out of production for making a new line for FEP only.
