MALERAS Reconditioned BOXED WIRE Coiling Machine, Model SV-400 (Ref : YMGL5J)

The BOXED WIRE is designed for coiling at very high speed conductors/cables in cardboard boxes in fully automatic mode. The line is made of 3 different units. * First is the inlet conveyor, electrically operated, with a capacity for 6 empty boxes. * Second is the coiler itself where the cable is pulled and layed in rosette form in the box. * Third is the outlet conveyor, also electrically operated, with a capacity of 6 boxes. The outlet conveyor includes the cutting unit. The 3 operations listed above are fully automatic without any slowdown in speed. Line can be typically used for coiling conductors/cables ranging 0.35 to 7 mm² in square boxes with 400x400 mm surface.
