LESMO 800 mm Direct Pull Bunching Machine, Model DT0 800-TD (Ref : B6CZDM)

Double twist machine 800 mm designed for bunching copper wires from 2,5 to 16 mm², flexible, using wires from 0,15 mm to 0,6 mm. For stranding in 7-wire construction, max. section is 6 mm² with wires 0.3 to 1.04 mm each. The bobbin pulls directy the product, with an electronic lay-length control. Machine has 3 motors : one for bow, one for spool and one for traversing. Machine can run 4000 tw/min for sections up to 10 mm² and 3600 tw/min for sectiosn above 10 mm², till 16 mm². lay-length us from 15 to 150 mm.
