Vertical ram press used for PTFE insulation of electrical conductors. Machine use cylinders either 1'', 2'' or 1,5'' prepared with PTFE powder and extrude it on wire before sintering process. Process is vertical and full electric. Installation has footprint of 4 x 3 m and is enclosed in a metallic structurs with stairs & platform for operator. Line includes pay-off 500 mm with tension control, vertical press 2'', sintering ovens, dual pulling capstan 300 mm and take-up 500 mm. It also includes preparation of cylinder, like pneumatic press and driven rollers for homogenizing the powder.
