NMC Full Auto Respooling Line for Plastic Spools up to 400 mm (Ref : LS7CHN)

This rewinding/respooling line is famous model from NMC/Northampton designed to respool automatically insulated wire or flexible cables onto plastic/wooden/plywood reels ranging from 100 to 400 mm outside flange diameter. The line includes driven pay-off 450-1250 mm with accumulator, product quality test and spooling station with automatic change over of spools & loading/unloading operation. Unit has also a 630 mm cone pay-off used for small wire diameter. The line can be typically used for insulated cores with solid wire or bunches from 0,4 mm to 6 mm². It can also be used for flexible cables up to 7 mm OD. Line can deliver 2,5 full spools of 100 m per minute. When winding is finished, the spools get an over-plastic film rolled up before evacuation.
