Portal pay-off made by VHF/Germany and able to take drum up to 1000 mm dia (OAW 750 mm). Pay-off is driven type, equipped with DC motor. Pintle type, with opening/closing of pintles electrical as well as drum lifting. The whole unit is mounted on wheels and can be moved on rails (motorized). This allows to move the drums left/right and eventually load/unload offside.
