Vertical annealer Model VG30 from Niehoff. Annealer is vertical type and originally used in tandem after intermediate drawing. It can develop 45 kVA.. It was driven from main machine. Voltage is 42.5 to 55 Volts with max. current of 1040 Amps. It is typicaly designed for annealing wire ranging 0.30 to 0.98 mm at a speed of max 30 m/s. Pulleys are 250 mm diameter. Annealer is available with own panel and trafo.
