Full automatic double spooler suitable to run with various bobbins, ranging from 400.... 630 mm. Standalone unit, with built-in dancer and built-in electrical panel. Ideal for high speed insulation of copper wires from 0,40...1,5 mm diameter (3 mm over insulation). Like for railways, LAN, datacable, micro-coax... Line speed : up to 2400 m/m with 630 mm spools. Full automatic : autmatic change of spools, automatic loading/unloading (same side). By design, machine can run L/R or L/R (deviation pulleys plus lopading/unloading is symetrical). Machine built in 2006. Replaced by another one suitable for NPS spools.
