As NEW - Year 2012 - 600 Hours on counter only ! This model D1251, is heavy duty one from Niehoff, with 110 kW AC main motor and 1.2 Tons pullng force capstan 500 mm (34 kW AC motor). It can make 50 mm² on 7 wires construction or 95 mm² on flexible ! Production speed : up to 2.000 Tw/min. Can also be used for laying-up insulated cores with line speed 300 m/min max. Machine can be used typically for making : - Bunches from 10 to 95 mm² (ie 80 x 0.41 to 485 x 0.51 mm) - Concentric strands 7-wire from 10 to 50 mm² (ie 7 x 1.35 to 7 x 3.10 mm) - Concentric strands 19-wire UNILAY 50 to 70 mm² (ir 19 x 1.83 to 19 x 2.17 mm) Take-up can take spools from 800 to 1250 mm DIN. Machine with 4 motors : - One for bow (110 kW AC) for speed control - One for capstan (34 kW AC) for pulling force & lay-length control - One for bobbin (13 kW AC) for winding force control - One for traversing (16,5 Nm Servomotor) for winding correctly the wires Machine equipped with NBAT (NIEHOFF Bunching Automatic Traverse) The line is dated 2012.
