The coil packing line SKALTEK MINI PAC 240 Pure is primarily developed for high output capacity of single conductors It works typically conductors such as 0,50....6,0 mm² (AWG 18.....10). Depending on cable type & diameter or width, it is also possible to pack other cable. Cable length up to 200 m for diameter up to 3,5 mm and cable approx 5 mm must be coiled in less than 100 m lengths Approximate wire diameter is 2 to 5 mm OD The MINI PAC 240 is built for pallet size 800 x 1200 mm. Coil OD : 235 mm Coil ID : 150 mm Coil height : 20....120 mm This installation here is complete with 1250 mm flyer pay-off as well as plastic shrink & full automatic palletizing system.
