KUKAMA Double Spooler 630 mm, Model DWS 630 A (Ref : PQG6CM)

Compact double spooler designed for 630 mm spools to collect isnulated wires from core extrusion line. Change over of wires from full to empty spool is automatic, at full speed (snaggers). Loading/unloading of spools to be made by operator, with manual trolley (not included). The machine is mechanically complete with a modern & recent LENZE electrical panel/servomotors. The dancer to control the wire tension is NOT part of the delivery. Spooler can run 600 m/min and has traversing from 0.5 to 5 mm.
