NOKIA-MAILLEFER Dual Take-up 500-630 mm, Model EKP 63 (Ref : ZWUE8Q)

This take-up is dual type, automatic model EKP63 by Nokia Maillefer. Equipment is designed and adapted for operating in high speed insulation line, typically for telephone or data cable. Line operation is R/L. Wire transfer from full to empty bobbin is automatic. Also, bobbin loading/unloading and change is made automatically. Machine is made for bobbins sizing max dia. 630 mm x 475 OAW and smaller. It can achieve max speed of 2400 m/min. Machine was part of high speed tandem line and decommissioned in June 2018. Was working till last day, with 560 mm DIN spools.
