NEXTROM Fiber Optic SZ Stranding Line (Ref : C9FULM)

The SZ-stranding line is based on TTF Nextrom strander and was designed for stranding LT with in line jelly filling with taping/binding. Strander is based on a SZ strander suitable to twist with max stranding speed of 3000 rpm & 150 m/min linear. The good laying quality in the final product can be guaranteed due to the fact of having yarn binding directly at the stranding point of the SZ- machine. For high productivity the crossbinder is designed with big cops and magazine to run high production length without stopping. The line was used for stranding up to 144 fibers (12 LT of 12 fibers). Number of stranding element can be up to 20 however with diameter of each stranding elements from 0.9 to 4.0 mm. Max diameter after stranding : 35 mm
