NIEHOFF 11-Dies Rod Drawing Line for Copper, Model M85 (Ref : PXZ8KS)

Famous M85 model from Niehoff Germany designed for drawing copper rod 8 mm with in-line annealing and coiling. Drawing machine is 11 dies, suitable to transform 8 mm copper into finished wire sizes from 1.4 to 3.5 mm, annealed, at speed up to 30 m/sec. Drawing machine is equipped with 2 x DC motors, allowing quick die change (changing finished wire diameter without changing all die set). Line is also equipped with external finishing capstan 250 mm (capstan outside/separate, after annealer) for making finishing pass, like required for Soudronic wire as example. Machine has been used in Germany and is in perfect working condition. It was replaced by a no-slip machine, with 13 separate motors. Line was built mid 80th and modified end 90th to be with 2 motors design instead of gear box on last capstan.
