NIEHOFF basket Coiler for RBD Line, Model WF650 (Ref : JA1AZG)

The coiler has been designed for coiling at high speed copper or aluminium wires coming from rod-breakdown line. It was used in the factory for copper wire at max 31.5 m/sec. Typically, you can get 1.5 Tons of 1.8 mm annealed copper in basket (using rosette pattern lay) It was formerly used in line with Niehoff rod wire, MM355. It comes with in/out conveying units & panel, as well as dancer for tension control.
