Versatile compounding installation designed for Sioplas, Polyolefines or filtering/regranulation of scrap material. The line has been designed for production of 400 kg/hr for polyolefines. It is based on a BUSS kneader 100 mm 12 D (132 kW), with gravimetric dosing system (8 components) and underwater GALA cooling/pelletizing system. It has also a peroxydide tank and injection point in cylinder.
