Complete 6'' - 24 D PVC/HFFR/PE sheathing line for large cables up to 100 mm, equipped with 2 x 6'' extruders The line has been used for : - LV insulation of power cables - Jacketing/Sheathing of LV/MV cables coming from 2600 mm drum twister The line has 2 extruders : one for bedding, one for sheathing. It is equipped with 2 P/O and 2 T/U 2600 mm, with 2 large caterpillars 2200 mm (Rosendahl) and with 2 extruders 6'' diameter Extruder N°1 can process rubber compound for bedding and extruder N°2 can be used for PVC/PE/HFFR compound. Line has been heavily upgraded in 2010 with very modern electronic control system and with new quality control for diameter (SIKORA). Each extruder has large X-head, complete with many toolings (tips & dies) Important, for main extruder 6'' 24 D - 3 screws available - Brand new spare barrel 6'' 24D, still in box !
